We want every Fifth Planet purchase to feel right. If it doesn't, here's how we'll sort it out.
Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Please note that colours may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting and screen settings.
To initiate a return or exchange, WhatsApp us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. You can also reach us at support@fifthplanet.in.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable. If your order included a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped yet. WhatsApp us or email support@fifthplanet.in with your order number and we'll take care of it.
If we ever need to cancel an order on our end — due to stock, logistics, or payment issues — we'll let you know immediately and process a full refund if payment has been received.
