  • Agreement: By using Fifth Planet’s website or store, customers agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, Refunds/Returns Policy, and other linked policies.

  • Accounts: Users must be of legal age, provide accurate information, and are responsible for their account security. Fifth Planet is not liable for unauthorized access due to weak security. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. It is your responsibility to promptly update your account details, including contact and payment information, to ensure smooth order processing.

  • Products: Efforts are made to represent products accurately, but variations may occur. Fifth Planet can change or discontinue products at any time.

  • Orders: Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after payment is processed. Returns/exchanges follow the Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. Reasons may include limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location, or payment issues raised by our payment gateway providers.

  • Pricing & Billing: Prices may change without notice. Errors in product descriptions or pricing may lead to cancellations or modifications. Refunds are provided if payment was processed before cancellation.

  • Shipping & Delivery: We offer shipping to most locations in India. We usually dispatch products that are in stock within two business days from the time your order is placed and will be delivered with 5-7 business working days. Fifth Planet is not liable for delays once products are handed to carriers.

  • Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and designs belong to Fifth Planet or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • Third‑Party Tools & Links: Optional tools and external links are used at customers’ own risk. Fifth Planet is not responsible for third‑party content or services. 

  • Shopify Relationship: Fifth Planet is powered by Shopify, but all sales are directly with Fifth Planet. Shopify is not liable for purchases.

  • Feedback: Any feedback submitted grants Fifth Planet a license to use it for improvement or promotion.

  • Prohibited Uses: Users must not misuse the site (e.g., fraud, harassment, spamming, violating laws). Accounts may be terminated for violations.              You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorized activity that violates laws in your jurisdiction. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our products, marketing materials, copywriting, images, videos, or packaging without our prior written consent.

  • Termination: Fifth Planet may terminate access at any time. Certain clauses (like liability and IP rights) survive termination.

  • Disclaimer & Liability: Services and products are provided “as is.” Fifth Planet disclaims warranties and limits liability for damages.

  • Indemnification: Users agree to defend and hold Fifth Planet harmless against claims arising from misuse or violations.

  • Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
